> **Pros**: MemberDay has been a great tool to manage members, events and more.  \[sensitive content hidden\]
 and the team have been very responsive and open to suggestions to make the platform better.  We have used it to collect dues, take attendance, sell and collect sponsorships and more.  If you use the website builder it is very easy to integrate links to the website.  I like that you can embed links in emails to members, prospective members, volunteers, etc, so they do not have to have  a MemberDay account to answer survey questions, or sign up to volunteer.  The  surveys have been a great way to get more information from members to be able to have a conversation at meetings knowing where the club stands beforehand.

> **Cons**: My only complaint is that my membership is a little slow in adopting the platform\!  I have held classes, sent out emails, and still many of my membership will not RSVP to meetings, sign up for volunteer opportunities, etc.  That's my biggest frustration.

> **Pros**: First and foremost, the team's willingness to listen to feedback, and the act on this feedback positively, which I believe has helped to create an amazing tool for clubs\! And a clear second, is the value for the money spent. Obviously nonprofit organizations have to watch their spend and what is gained is an immense help to organize our daily support for those things we focus on most, such as club member engagement, tracking, fundraising, and more.

> **Pros**: It is very easy to use, easy to download the app, and our membership quickly found it an incredible addition to our around 75 member Kiwanis Club.  Customer support is incredibly good, and the features just keeping getting better and better.  Besides club management we use it for event scheduling and online payment processing, all very easy to implement

> **Cons**: Originally the help section was rich with information, but not easy to navigate.  However, with the help of AI and some reorganization it is now much easier to use.  Even if you were stuck, an inquiry to support was promptly and completely answered.

> We had used a couple of Club Management systems prior to MemberDay, including ClubRunner.  Our members struggled to use both systems, but became comfortable with MemberDay quickly.  Signing up for volunteer positions, quick access to member information, club wide email, and the files sections is particularly popular.  We strongly recommend to other clubs on a regular basis.
