The fact that Vibly is made for health coaches specifically makes it the best option for coaches in a health \& wellness domain. Now even without that particular distinction, Vibly's customer support team also stands out. The team at Vibly is often engaged with (and sometimes even getting to know) the actual coaches who are using the platform. The Vibly commitment to platform-wide HIPAA compliance is particularly helpful for health \& wellness coaches seeking an NBC-HWC (i.e. National Board Certification). > > **Cons**: Vibly relies heavily on email notifications, even when using the integrated HIPAA-compliant chat web-app. Those email notifications have generated overall-negative feedback from coaching clients I support. (Ex: too-many emails, not enough control of notification settings, and several asking if there a mobile app option so they could get notifications as push notifications instead, etc.) I once heard it described as so, "Vibly doesn't always provide the ultimate \[coaching-client\] experience."
