> **Pros**: We are at the tail-end of the migration process and I have been blown away but the quick turnaround of this migration.  Armaan's communications have been prompt, thorough, and easy to action.  While every migration has it's issues, the team seems to have retained a high level of accuracy.

> **Cons**: Toggling between jobs, candidates etc could be easier if there was a 'new tab' feature.  I also believe the search feature in the 'Jobs List' and 'Candidate List' is clunky to navigate and could be improved.

> So far my expectations have been exceeded with this product.  I'm looking forward to going through the customisation process and further training with Armaan and the team.
