> **Pros**: I’m a digital freelancer. I tried a fe platforms to sell my services as “productized services” until I have a go with Retainr last year. Everything has been ever smooth for me. My custom website, emails I can send, the app, and the products I can manage and handle through priorities on the dashboard are by far my favorite. And the fact that I can customize quite a lot + white label for my branding.

> **Cons**: Unlike the arrogant two reviews left, I have been extremely happy with the given service and I really don’t have anything bad to say. I also found that the Freelance plan is extremely affordable IMO

> I haven’t gotten any problems or issues with them. I got an issue with a link once and I got an immediate reply by the support team. The AI options to generate product descriptions, titles, ideal price and product images are incredibly useful for small quick products I need to setup for some of my clients

> **Pros**: The interface was decently made by the original  \[sensitive content hidden\] and creators - then it was sold of Flippa.com and since has gone to S\*\*\*. Horrible increase in pricing, with no addition or integration with ai, let alone further tech stacks, -- dont get me started on the horrible support. 

Just a 'pretty' tool, that any one, even ai, could (re)make.

> Horrible support. Do not let the pretty interface fool you, there is a lot this tool / saas is missing, on top. of its support. Pricing being another, outrageous and overzealous. 

Entire and WHOLE business plan of retainr needs to be rethought.

No ai at all, btw.
