> **Pros**: Quidget.ai is convenient to use. The onboarding was surprisingly fast, and our bot handle numerous requests efficiently. Haven't tried the custom builder yet, only AI bots, and we've used integrations, specifically Slack and Whatsapp.

> **Cons**: The integration pool is lacking a little at the moment. We're hoping for Zendesk and Google Docs integration soon.

> **Cons**: One downside is the lack of navigation to search for a node by name, and using search shortcut doesn't work well in this case.
