> **Pros**: Notebird has been incredible for us in helping us track and take care of our pastoral care needs. The pastoral care team can easily see what is happening across our congregation. It is easy to talk with each other using the app about questions and leave reminders for team members. We have easily tailored the categories to our needs. The reporting is fast and easy to use.
We had almost no learning curve-it is very user friendly and it is well priced.
If we have had questions or issues the customer care team is very responsive and helpful.

> **Cons**: I wish we could up-load data from an excel spread sheet. But this is not a huge issue. We use Realm for our parishioner data--we do not want pastoral care in Realm in order to make sure there is a firewall. But it would be nice to upload data from Realm.

> Our church changed computer systems and we had to find a new way to keep up with our growing Care needs at the church.  After some research I came across Notebird and found that it was among the top new apps for churches. It has worked out beautifully for our church and is so easy to use. Easy note taking and customer support has good response times. I would highly recommend this to any church looking for a confidential and consise place to keep up with caring for your congregation.
