> **Pros**: Out of all of the great features, I LOVE the MentorPRO Academy most. The "Connected Futures" training on social capital was transformative for my program participants. One participant remarked, “The Connected Futures training helped me see mentorship and networking differently — not just as transactional, but as something I could actively grow.”

> **Cons**: The inability to schedule multiple attendees to video meetings was the limiting factor I liked least.

Before implementing MentorPRO we did not have a system to provide the same type of mentoring support and so it elevated our mentoring program to allow for many different features such as direct messaging, broadcast messages, announcements, and providing resources in the Resource Hub.

> **Cons**: It was hard to get every mentee to use the MentorPRO system, but once a mentee was on MentorPRO, their engagement was very successful.

> The MentorPRO team provided excellent support from rolling out the system to monthly success meeting check-ins and data reports. The platform itself is great, but the MentorPRO team support that goes with it really made the process to use MentorPRO to its fullest easy.
