They are very quick to resolve any issues that pop up and are very open to feedback and ways to improve the platform. The app is incredibly user-friendly and adaption has been high.

They provided excellent onsite training, generously bought lunch for the staff, and remained highly engaged through consistent weekly follow-up meetings. Throughout the entire process, they maintained a "can-do" attitude and accommodated all of our needs. I would have to say the only con is it didn't happen sooner.
