> **Pros**: Integration with the Microsoft Suite is a huge leap forward.  Being able to sync groups, licenses, intune, and bitlocker all into IT Glue - a great game changer.
> 
> **Cons**: Setup for integrations isn't always easy and the documentation can sometimes leave you wanting.  IT Glue support varies depending on who you get so you have to be patient.  You need to configure SNMPv3 to get any real benefit of the network mapping - otherwise its just kind of a generic afterthought.
> 
> Overall, very positive.  The integration with the rest of the Kaseya stack add a huge bonus if you're invested with Kaseya.
