- **Pricing Details**: SiteConnect health and safety software pricing starts from £2,375 + VAT per year when paid annually upfront. All SiteConnect plans include the complete platform and all available features — there are no separate feature tiers or additional module charges.

SiteConnect uses a workforce-based pricing model rather than traditional per-user or per-seat pricing. The subscription price is based on the number of Managed Workers within your organisation.

A Managed Worker is someone whose health and safety is managed directly by your business through SiteConnect. This generally includes direct employees, labour-only workers regularly operating under your business, and sole traders who operate primarily under your business.

External subcontractor companies and their employees are not counted as Managed Workers. Short-term specialist contractors and third-party organisations operating under their own health and safety systems are also excluded from the Managed Worker calculation.

This means businesses can manage unlimited subcontractor companies and their teams without purchasing an additional software licence for every subcontractor or worker. This can make SiteConnect particularly cost-effective for construction, engineering, contracting and other businesses that manage changing workforces across multiple sites and projects.

Every SiteConnect subscription includes the complete health and safety management platform, including:

Site sign-in and attendance
Digital site inductions
Contractor management
Forms and inspections

Incident reporting and corrective actions

SiteConnect pricing starts at £2,375 + VAT per year for organisations with 1–9 Managed Workers when the annual subscription is paid upfront. Quarterly billing is also available, starting at £625 + VAT per quarter on a 12-month agreement.

1–9: £625/quarter → £2,375/year upfront
10–19: £825/quarter → £3,135/year upfront
20–39: £1,250/quarter → £4,750/year upfront
40–69: £1,625/quarter → £6,175/year upfront
70+: POA

All subscriptions have a minimum 12-month term. Annual upfront payment receives a 5% discount compared with quarterly billing.

A one-off onboarding fee also applies to new customers. This covers implementation, system configuration, administrator training, implementation support and assistance digitising existing forms, checklists and inspection templates.

> **Pros**: We have some specific requirements that SiteConnect does not currently have, and the team has been more than accomodating in developing the system to our needs

> **Cons**: We should have joined them sooner, Their sales/service team has amazing custom service, We trust that SiteConnect will continue to to add staff resource as the custom base grows.

> Second to none in custom service, if the team cannot answer our call, there is always a call back with 15-20mins. They listen, offer alternatives, always willing to meet via teams or in person, very patient and understanding. Overall \[sensitive content hidden\] really seem to care about our business.

Seems clunky and im still not sold but we are perservering for the time being

Lots of items that need to be improved but feels like it may be put in the too hard basket or maybe there isnt enough back ground resource.
For us the aim was to reduce workload and go electronic but we have a number of issues.
A few of these are
- A 1 page form (hard copy) now turns into about 6pages. If a client has to sift through this is would become extremly frustrating and does not look professional
- No function for tables in the forms therefore leading to the above and is much harder to find info on the form.
- We have had issues with downloading and errors
- No function for drop down menus or scrolling numbers for dates
- Seems very expensive for what it is
Sometimes has to many layers to quickly review things and feel like some forms gets lost
