> **Pros**: Conduit is very intuitive and easy to understand. Everything is straightforward and the system is by far the easiest I've had to learn in my time working in supply chain. Even though the system is easy to understand, it is very detailed. We are able to leverage a bunch of data points and information from our use with Conduit.

> **Cons**: There are a couple of configurations with the system that aren't currently available to us and Conduit admins have to change them for us. The main one is the ability to swap the facility of the appointment rather than having to recreate the whole appointment. It's a great feature, but I wish we didn't have to reach out to the Conduit admins to turn it on for us. Aside from that, the system is great\! We really don't have any complaints at all\!

> **Cons**: Not as much a Conduit item, but a logistics company like our's handled a lot of nuanced edge cases that the system isn't prebuilt to handle. They happen infrequently and often can be solved with "hacks" and user education

> Conduit's been excellent for our teams building more consistent measurement of our performance across 5 warehouses. We are a smarter and more efficient org with Conduit.

> **Cons**: We do not have anything negative about conduit. The driver options to self check-in are nice. When a new client onboards instead of having emails back and for appointments we can just send a link and see the commodity coming in.

> Very easy to use and see appointment. We enjoy the TV option to show our associates what is on the board for the day.
