> **Cons**: That the reports aren't all formatted in the same way with columns sometimes appearing in different positions.

> Markus overall is great, really easy to use and deliver out to the wider business from both back office and operative perspective. It's ability to collate all the information we and our customers require into one worksheet is great. The service we receive overall is brilliant and we have built a great relationship with the team over the past 8 and a bit years.

> **Cons**: once a job goes to charged you cannot see is a report or table what profit the job has made

> Having been using Epix since the 90's I have seen the system develop into what is is today. \[sensitive content hidden\] must be really proud of the system and it is a credit to those involved. Would highly recommend the system for anyone doing Reactive Maintenance
