That refund never came. Instead, the billing continued, and we are now four payments deep into charges we never wanted to make. The support response itself was also disappointing. When we raised concerns about API downtime and overly aggressive prompt moderation, the response was essentially "not our problem," blaming third-party providers and disclaiming any responsibility for uptime or moderation behavior on a product they sell as their own. The bottom line: - The enterprise experience has degraded significantly. Our account manager has been unreachable for months - Cancellation/pause functionality is broken or nonexistent through other channels - Refunds are promised but not delivered - Support deflects responsibility to upstream providers - Customers are left with no recourse besides filing chargebacks I would strongly caution any business considering Leonardo Ai for production work. Even as a multi-year enterprise customer, we have found ourselves with no working path to stop being billed. If you cannot reliably pause or cancel, the actual cost of this service is unbounded.
