It's pretty much like when you have a happy and satisfied client refers you new work, only this is for employees. I didn't use the platform that excessively but for our needs - it works the charm. > > **Cons**: I had several questions about specific things I needed / wanted to achieve but I can't really say its platforms issue - it's more that I have 0 knowlege about recruiting - but support team was on top of their game so I don't really have any specific thing I don't like. > > Overall - it does what it says it does.If you have a job opening and you want a really tight community referring you people while having all technical features to manage that process - R is probably something you should give a spin. I like it and we got some really good candidates for couple of positions we had.
