It was really easy to get it working and learn how it works, people have no problems understanding it when they first use it. We are now able to track and manage our keys and store them securely.

The only true downfall we've run into is that our student staff have managed to get keys/keycards stuck in the box slots on several occasions. To remedy the situation, we have to dismount the box and open the back. Other than that, it's working great.
