> **Pros**: I love how the product seamlessly integrates with any and all of my softwares... web and app based.  I love how it keeps a good level of cross-meeting consistency, although this portion still needs some work.  I love how responsive they are to paying client feedback.  I also love that there's no bots we have to introduce to a meeting... it just works.  I also love the pre-meeting prep it does.  It's extremely helpful before going into a meeting (however, this is where past meetings might have been mislabeled automatically and pulls in erroneous information to your briefings) - still acceptable overall.

> **Cons**: Like any new software and niche, there's plenty to still develop.  When running, because it operates as an app on your machine, sometimes it hogs resources and your machine will run a little slower.  I wish it had better integrations, but as a standalone app, it's fantastic.  I wish the app had a recording feature built in, but that's apparently been roadmapped for a near future release - Can't Wait\!

> **Pros**: It has a great interface with fantastic AI features at a fair price.

> **Cons**: Onboarding is really finicky and quite inconvenient especially since you can't actually join Bloks using the app or website. You need to download the Mac or Windows app and join on your laptop which is really quite a hassle.

> I will continue to support their development because the AI integration is great but I hope they'll improve the UX/UI for joining.
