> **Pros**: I love how easy and efficient it is to draft offers and addendums. Their support channel is amazing and will help walk you through any situation and help get the desired outcome. This is one of the only software where I confidently tell my team to reach out to support and I know that they will have quick responses so that we can move on with business.

> **Cons**: A desired feature would be if I execute an offer in the offers tab, then it updates the overall transaction status instead of me having to update a similar thing twice.
> 
> Our overall experience with Jointly has been wonderful. We joined them early on and their determination and progress to make their platform the absolute best, is great to see. If we have suggestions on features that we think could enhance the program or growth opportunities, they are always willing to hear us out and it's awesome to see some of them implemented.

The systemization simplifies filling contracts and amendments out and reduces room for errors. I also really appreciate how responsive the support team. Any issues have always been resolved almost instantly\!
