> **Pros**: With Warehouse 15, we have been able to digitize the entire coffee production process, from green beans to roasting, packaging and delivery to customers, thereby reducing waste. We now have the ability to view inventory in real time at all stages of production, while automatic labeling and seamless integration with QuickBooks have helped eliminate manual accounting errors.&#10;Additionally, using mobile terminals and portable printers, roasters update coffee weights in real time, accounting for evaporation losses during roasting. Adjustments are made as needed, and batch numbers are tracked for full traceability.&#10;All this allows us to maintain the high quality standards that are so important in the Specialty Coffee industry.

Since we have unique processes, such as tracking green coffee beans and roasting, it took us time to adjust the system to our business processes. &#10;Without the Cleverence team, we would have had a long time to set up this process on our own.

> **Pros**: "The biggest advantage of Warehouse 15 for us was the automation of inventory management. We work with goods (smartphones) from different suppliers and sell them through several channels, so multiple deliveries and reliable storage required an accurate accounting system to avoid confusion in orders and send them without errors.&#10;Warehouse 15 solved our problems. With its help:&#10;1. now we work with serial numbers / batches / IMEI by barcodes,&#10;2. implemented address storage for quick access to balances and shipments&#10;3. implemented barcode scanning to simplify and speed up the product tracking process. Moreover, data on scanned goods from mobile computers is automatically sent to the ODU Inventory accounting system.&#10;Thus, we eliminated human error and increased the speed of warehouse operations. We previously used the ODOO Barcodes app built into ODOO Inventory for mobile devices, but it did not meet our expectations: the receiving and shipping processes remained laborious and slow, and the app lacked error protection."

In addition, Warehouse 15 checks the validity of serial numbers.&#10;&#10;Overall, Warehouse 15 has significantly optimized our warehouse operations, making them faster and more accurate."
