> **Pros**: Fast and easy to input and easy revise if needed and I do quite a lot of revising. Plus it holds all expenses for review and end of year taxes.  Collect all your expenses to balance against your income\!\!  Tax man will hate you\!\!\!

Adding (importing) clients from iPhone for each invoice: the phone number usually gets input incorrectly.

> **Pros**: Easy to write invoices. Service Items can be moved and reorganized. Has the ability to add photos and client signatures. Easy basic interface. Has all the features you need to run a small business.

> **Cons**: CANNOT edit or add any services notes or do anything after a client signs. The signature will be removed. This means if you are a technician and you need time to write your service notes to add to the invoice and can’t make your client wait before signing, this is not an option. Unfortunately, you will need QuickBooks as they allow this.

> Extremely frustrated with the signature removal every time anything is edited. I understand if you edit key items like pricing or services. But, you need to be able to add service notes and photos which sometimes takes time to put together.
