He walked me through how to set up my own phrases, how to add categories and personalize my note taking system which has been amazing. From a billing standpoint, you can import your customized fees based on insurance company, directly into the billing software once your note is written. As a provider, I can now quickly right and accurate note, import the charges from the note and submit to the Clearinghouse.
