> **Pros**: Easy to maintain and use.  Good support staff.

> **Cons**: I have no real complaints about the software.

> We have used Southern Software for many years, not only RMS but CAD, MDIS, and MIS.  The software is kept updated, the support staff is good, and the yearly maintenance fees are not too expensive.  Good software for a smaller agency.
