Spillman Records Management allowed us to completely revamp our Records Department and are much more efficient. Since migrating over 12 years ago, we are now almost paperless and performance has more then doubled. I understand you can now use Linux but it will be a very difficult transition. When there is a problem their tech support usually likes to shift the blame to us for whatever excuse they can come up with. > > The Police Department I work for has been using spillman for many years and overall it has been a good experience but not without headaches. Upgrades can be difficult and challenges do arise such as incompatibility with adobe reader for their latest version when trying to use the form feature.
