Comments: From the sales process, assessment, implementation and continuous cooperation, LutherOne has delivered all they promised and what we needed. They let us try upgrades without being pushy and have always been responsive and act immediately with out concerns. A shout out to [sensitive content hidden] who has helped us from the very beginning.
Pros:
Firstly the human side is amazing. Their sales and account management team is caring, problem-solving, friendly, and comfortable speaking multiple languages. Also, the fact that the product looks like Facebook, gave our staff a user-friendly platform that wasn't difficult for most to engage.
Cons:
Sometimes notifications on Android devices are troublesome. And I would love to have the ability to tag specific people on some posts. Other than that, we love the product.

Pros:
LutherOne is easy to use, scalable, and highly professional internal social network with tools for getting the feedbacks, to celebrate strengths of colleagues, to see the impact of changes in company, society etc.

I do not have this feeling related to LutherOne...

Pros:
How detailed their dashboards and the information they provide are and how it allows me to get complex insight into how my team feels and is performing across multiple indicators. I also very much like how they provide tips for improvement.
Cons:
Cannot really think of anything. For what we use Luther for, everything is great.
Smart solutions & helpful staff
Pros:
We have continuous support accompanied with a friendly and problem solving mindset, anytime a question or a problem occurs we receive the quickest help. Luther offers new perspectives in the usage or in the interpretation of our data from time to time, they also draw our focus to the areas that require attention.
Cons:
One more step towards an even more customizable platform regarding the statements would be an upgrade, but we could manage everything easily and find the best solution from the given tools in the past every time we needed a change.
Lutherone surveys helping to establish and manage company culture of new Hospital Bory
Pros:
Easy implementation and use, online results, good graphics We use Lutherone since openning of our newly builts hospital. We started with monthly and after 1st year we continued with bi-monthly surveys. We actively work with results and speak with staff about implemented corrections. This helps create open feedback culture and keep high motivation and satisfaction levels.
Cons:
Very little customisation of final reports - e.g. one pagers in pdf for managers.
Complexity and friendliness in one.
Comments: My experience with LutherOne has been universally positive. The tool provides valuable outputs and allows for effective monitoring of employee opinions and directly describes the problem encountered and suggests solutions.

Comments:
It is a powerful tool for organizations to understand their workforce, drive positive change, and create a more engaged and productive workplace. Feeling heard and valued enhances employee commitment and trust.
LutherOne provides valuable details to start a transparent dialogue with employees.
Pros:
It guaranties a safe space for employees to share their feedback, raise concerns, and contribute ideas without fear of repercussions. Thanks to the thoroughly composed scores this tool provides valuable insights that can lead to productivity improvements.
Cons:
Limited options for customizing survey questions. Though questions are well composed organizations may desire more flexibility.
An excellent customer service and great value for the money
Pros:
LutherOne helped us to better understand the happiness and engagement of our employees and to target our action plan, where its really needed. We are using the tool called Monthly16 for monthly internal surveys. The implementation was very smooth, the customer service is excellent and all the representatives from LutherOne I have talked to were really professional and nice.
Cons:
The only minor thing which could be improved in the future is the upload of employee database, which we currently do manually.

An Integrated HR Management Platform
Pros:
The fact that, besides payroll and other administrative issues, most of what HR managment is all about can be worked on in one platform. It is a very user friendly platform, in which engagement and productivity can be analysed and decisions can be based on data and not upon assumptions only.
Cons:
The Portuguese translations are still not totally OK and some aspects are still in English.
Great HR data source for middle sized companies with "soft" company cultures
Comments: Very easy to use, great source of relevant information I can use for decision making process. Excellent customer support and guidance/ advises.
Pros:
Measures very soft atributes and make it visible, tangible. Helps understand whats going on, what helps employees and what frustrates them.
Cons:
Output with Overall heatmap should be involved automatically in platform for administrators.
Taking the guesswork out of performance
Comments: I like the responsiveness of the development team. We requested push notifications to make it a more efficient app. They wrote it in!
Pros:
LutherOne understands that a fully engaged workforce is key to sustained business productivity. It was crafted to enable companies to have the pulse of their organisation at their fingertips, which takes the guesswork out of a lot of things. The feedback mechanism is easy to use and quite intuitive. There is enough flexibility to provide an interesting user experience.
Cons:
Integration to our GCal system would be helpful.
Valuable tool for modern, data-driven HR
Comments: One of the best customer experience and support from supplier ever. Customized ppt report, quick responses, always ready to solve any issue. Besides the product, LutherOne guys provide us with valuable analysis and recent trends in employee engagement overall (not only for our company).
Pros:
Quick and easy implementation with minimum effort on client`s side. Mobile application - fresh, sexy, intuitive, easy to use. Level of correlation between scores and indexes is very helpful insight for decision making (e.g. thanks to LO we know that innovations in company is what drives motivation of our employees most and we can give a special focus here instead of trial and error). We can see trends in many scores and indexes across the company and we can react very quickly where needed. It is also a great tool for every manager not only top management and HR as s/he can see the results of engagement survey immediately.
Cons:
Export of dashboards to Excel by user would be useful

Pros:
It is amazing how many useful insights and value can LutherOne provide from just everyday interactions. All of the modules we are using are really useful for everyday work but also help us connect with colleagues that are working from home. Dashboards are very visual and easy to read and the recommendations are very specific and useful. The user experience is top class, you can perform most of the actions in just a few clicks.
Cons:
Learning management system features would nicely complement all the other modules.
Fair product with potential
Pros:
attractive and compact design in PC and mobile version, personal profile of the employee, interactive manager´s dashboard with different types of outcome and filtering possibilities, condition of anonymity at just 3 answers from a unit in the survey, great customer support
Cons:
not as customizable as e.g. Microsoft Forms at creating a survey, no spontaneous setup of a different target group than already existing ones (time consuming when larger groups), no automatic categorisation of the comments in survey (key words/reference to a certain question in the survey)
Luther One Friday6 - Voice of employees
Comments: I've had a very good experience. The LutherOne Friday6 tool provides a nice summary of company happiness and the overall mood of employees. I am happy with their customer service.
Pros:
Friday 6 is a short weekly survey. A listening and management tool that helps us stay in touch and allows us to hear the voice of our people. Managers are able to access their results at any time, they can see trends and the recommendations the software suggests to improve the results of the team. We also can decide about the priority question if needed on a weekly basis.
Cons:
I'd be happy to see the date (from-to) filter in the Comment export or easier management of Heatmap filters f.e. overall un/checking of boxes etc. Unfortunately, the integration with our HR system wasn't possible so, changes need to be provided on our side manually.
LutherOne experience
Comments: Via this tool we can continuously measure the temperature in the organization, monitoring trends based on different measures regardless geographical distances between our locations. It helps us understanding and identifying the strengths and development areas, allows employees to give either general or specific feedback regarding specific, actual matters. It helps unhide and deal with issues in specific departments, which are less visible otherwise.
Pros:
It provides various modules to integrate employee engagement measurement, collaboration, recognition and many other fields. Informative, dynamic dashboards, good filters, customization opportunities, fast and helpful customer care.
Cons:
More support material or a Help Center. Less colors in visualization.
User friendly and reliable
Comments: Customer feedback is taken into consideration, which is highly appreciated. What I appreciate most is that the survey is with optimal frequency - once per month, the platform enables Line Managers to regularly monitor the climate in their teams and work with the recommendations given by the platform. The monthly report that is prepared by the Luther One Experts and the insights we receive is very valuable for us as HR and also for People leaders
Pros:
With Luther One software ( Monthly 16) people leaders are enabled to access their results at any time, to see trends and also use the recommendations the software suggest to improve the results of the team. The Luther One team is engaged to develop the solution based on customer needs. As a customer, I feel valued and our cooperation is appreciated.
Cons:
It will be great if we can have the option to create our own questions with different scale for assessment. I'm really satisfied with the integration we use, despite of the challenges we had, caused by the specifics of the system for employee data we use.

Very intuitive, easy to use for both managers and team members. Unlocking team’s potential through data-driven recommendations. Provides insightful trends on multiple dimensions of engagement.
Cons:
You have to read spontaneous comments one by one, which provides deeper understanding. But I miss the option of categorizing similar ones.

Comments: So far, it is a great experience, we look forward to continuing with the platform and seeing the future results.
Pros:
The platform has a great user experience, colorful, easy to navigate among different scorecards, intuitive and pretty fluid. We have tried two different modules (Monthly 16 and Social Network) collecting a positive response by our People.
Cons:
Personally, I would introduce the possibility to tag people in the post on the Social media tool.Moreover, I would enable the administrator to download very simple reports about the usage in the Company with different KPIs.
