> **Pros**: The ability to easily stay in touch with business and personal contacts not connected to a deal or pipeline. The drip emails for onboarding have been great as well. They are not too often and are in just the right size to not overwhelm you.

> **Cons**: I've had a few UX issues that made me feel like features were not there. However, as I've learned the product, it's just that they are different than the last personal CRM I used. I really do not have any cons at the moment.

> Incredible personal CRM. I was a heavy user of another personal CRM before it was acquired and then shut down. Since then, I've tried multiple other CRMs and most recently Clay. I'm glad that I tried Dex. It's unquestionably the best personal CRM out there. I wish more people knew the benefit of using a personal CRM.
