> **Pros**: One of the reasons why I prefer Exposim is that it is easy to set up and has a user friendly interface. This tool provides features that are able to customize events as per the requirements of the event managers. It offers high quality audio and video than any other I have experienced before. Exposim has a number of interactive elements which are; surveys, Q\&A and networking , this makes events very interactive amongst attendees.

> **Cons**: There is slowness when internet connection is poor and may even shut down. A part from this there is no major setback while using this tool.

> Our organization for along time has been looking for a platform that has a single system to sign on, this tool has helped us achieve that. Exposim has  features that offers analytics, survey and statistics that help event planners in knowing attendees participation thus help in making data driven choices in regard to the event. Additionally this tool provides one platform for both virtual and hybrid events.

> **Pros**: Exposim has various interactive elements that is, surveys, networking opportunities , Q \& A sessions and raising hands which help interaction among participants to improve since there is more engagement among them. This tool is easy to use and has a very simple dashboard that can be used by even those that are not that way tech-savvy. Additionally, with this tool one can be able to do online attendees tracking and registration. Moreover, its video and audio quality is high thus making meetings and events easier.

> **Cons**: Apart from more design template for different meeting settings which takes long after requesting them to build. There is no major setback I experienced with the tool, I highly recommend it for organization when having events and meetings.

I can use it to record and assess the success of virtual events, keep tabs on online registrations and attendance, and adapt the digital user experience to the specific requirements of my company.
