Recognition function is what makes Melp stand out from other local suppliers too and helps companies to enforce their corporate values and build a better company culture. 
Another big advantage is partner discounts, which are being renewed from time to time and is really appreciated by a lot of employees.

Recognition function also lacks some functionalities, for example ability to give points by choosing the amount yourself instead of choosing from a list. 
No ability to sell company goods for points to company employees.
