Great [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and team and they really made me feel heard after trying their tool.
Pros:
I really liked how easy it was to import all of the information and how accurate the AI is.
Cons:
As an e-commerce owner, I wish that it could more easily connect into Shopify, but understand why it doesn't.

I've been looking for this kind of tool for years. Other tools are way too expensive and are traditionally targeted to large market research firms who can afford corporate or enterprise level pricing. SimpleX is a godsend for my modestly sized small business. The UI is simple and elegant. The AI algorithms are powerful. The level of control over your data is unmatched. And the cherry on top is that support has been responsive and open to ideas.
Pros:
I've used other QDA software that require manual tagging and coding. SimpleX merges new advancements in AI and NLP to make a burdensome process of qualitative analysis, simple and easy. I really appreciate the level of control SimpleX gives me when I'm analyzing hundreds of responses. It's a nice balance between control and finesse. The UI is not clunky like other platforms, and is elegant in its simplicity.
Cons:
The product is still new, and as such, features are still being developed and deployed. Areas where I wish I had immediate access are mostly related to reporting and charts. I am so excited at how my data is being analyzed, that I'm missing an opportunity to be able to share a link to a digital or interactive report that clients can see.

I've been using this tool for a while, and I love it. The analytics are rapid when analyzing 7000 topics. My personal use case is not a survey; it is for my niche website, which examines the intent of searchers in terms of how they search on that topic or product to help me optimize my content strategy. The results are stunning! This tool has made all the difference in my business by helping me understand what people want and need from (my) websites.
There are suggestions of what other people searched for in the same category as yours, advertisements popping up everywhere for products related to your topic, and often an answer box below the search result showing what someone else thought was relevant to your query but was not trustworthy or helpful in any way whatsoever. With SimpleX, you can quickly and easily see the most relevant results for any keyword or phrase. This has saved me so much time and frustration! Being able to analyze all of this data quickly without having overwhelming numbers in front of you is a game-changer!
Everything on my website is now tracked by SimpleX – including social media shares, organic search data (and Moz Rank), newsletter signups, etc. The analytics are so quick and easy to use that anyone can access them within minutes - even if they're not tech-savvy! This has saved me SO MUCH TIME in the past year or two. THANK YOU!!
Pros:
SimpleX is quick, easy to use, affordable, and provides fantastic results! What I like most about this SaaS AI tool is how it analyzes text data. When you search for something on Google or Facebook (or even your website), there is so much information coming at you from every angle.
Cons:
In my case, I would need plenty of rows per month; the normal pricing model of the Solution targets a different market with fewer rows per month.

As a freelancer I'm offering my client form survey services using Form system, Simplex came just on time to close the loop and now I can sell another service to my clients: Survey analysis.
If you need to have a better understanding for your customer feedback, simplex is the tool you need.

Pros:
The UI is very clear and very powerful.
There are a lot of options to automate your analysis of your survey without the need to fully understand the system.
The support is great and support member made for me a quick tour on the main features of the system.
Cons:
There is a learning curve, but once you understand all options you'll have a powerful tool in your hands.
At this moment they have Integration with Zapier only, they plan to add a webhook api in the near future which will allow me to send the form submissions directly from my form system.
