> **Pros**: The ability to customize this product is a high point for me. Each facility is unique, each company is unique and the ability to adapt to those needs is critical.

> **Cons**: Specific reports or data presentation methods were missing early on. However, customer support has been outstanding and what was once missing has been added.

> We have struggled to maintain a catalog of the equipment at the various facilities of our customers. This tool has allowed us to capture that data once and then re-engage on projects when the timing is right for changes. Game changer as far as maintaining awareness of equipment within a facility over time.
