> **Pros**: Mailsoftly offers excellent deliverability — even though we send more than 3,000 emails a day to over 1,500 institutions, our emails consistently reach the inbox instead of going to spam, and mail providers trust the system. Customer support is very fast and helpful whenever we need assistance with a specific feature. The platform is also easy to use for preparing e-newsletters and announcements, and it offers many useful features for campaign management. We can expand our package flexibly as our needs grow, and the team keeps improving the product with new, user-friendly features. Since switching, our open and click rates have improved noticeably.

I adore the drag-and-drop email builder because it makes it simple for me to make beautiful and useful emails. Advanced analytics are also provided by the software, allowing me to monitor the success of my campaigns and come to wise conclusions. The customer service crew has been excellent, responding to any questions I had with promptness and assistance. Anyone looking for an effective and efficient strategy to reach their audience should definitely check out this email marketing software, in my opinion.
