My company was looking for a company that could manage my payroll when they hired me directly and I could say that they made the right decision to hire G-P. > > **Cons**: Some errors in payroll computation due to time differences but once I report the issue to them, they fix it. > > I really like the prompt response I get whenever I need help regarding my payroll. As a professional, having a quick response from a company that manages my payroll is very important to me. Additionally, the initial setup of G-P was smooth, which made the transition easier. ----- ### "Contractor platform is a huge let down" — 1.0/5 > **Tom** | *31 January 2025* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: It should work great but sadly it’s far far from that > > **Cons**: All of it. The FX charges are crazy. The customer service is non existent. > > Awful. Just a huge let down versus what was promised. ----- ### "GP my first year" — 4.0/5 > **Simon** | *31 August 2024* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: Quick resolution to problems, ease of use. > > **Cons**: A few too many emails, no phone app so log in on pc > > Over a year of great service, this was my first time using this platform ----- ### "Great tool" — 4.0/5 > **Aria** | *27 June 2024* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: What I like most about G-P is that can handle payroll for many different countries, and the customer service is good. > > **Cons**: Some features are not very user-friendly, like looking for invoices or doing off-cycle payout submissions. > > Overall experience is good, especially when I have questions, I know G-P will get back to me asap. ----- ### "An Employer of Record for when you need one" — 3.0/5 > **Roland** | *19 August 2024* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10 > > **Pros**: Onboarding process went pretty smoothly and was overall quick. > > **Cons**: At the end, I don't feel like an employee but as a customer, rather. While requests are usually taken care of quickly, there is no room whatsoever for individual solutions. The system is seemingly designed for hourly workers and not highly skilled SMEs. > > I see it as a necessary evil for certain situations. That being said, G-P gives a better impression than most competitors that I've had the non-pleasure of working with. ----- Page: 1 / 4\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.ae/software/1031618/globalization-partners?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.ae/software/1031618/globalization-partners) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
