When we needed support or something extra, \[sensitive content hidden\] were highly, highly responsive and accommodating. We were incredibly impressed.

Customer support is always great. 
I have never had any complaints about the platform from our entrants.

Also had some issues with entries just disappearing
When copying a season not all settings copy over so you have to go through and double check that all the right settings are ticked
I don't like how you have to click into the entry to see the project partners I wish they were shown on the first entry screen
When you click into the list view the entries don't seem to be in any order it would be nice if they were grouped by entrant or category or something to make them easier to find at first glance without having to use the filters

> I do feel like there are several issues that could be worked out to make this a more user-friendly platform.  The bulk edit of fields is tricky and could be made a little easier to understand and clearer.

> **Pros**: The platform is very user friendly from an administrator, judge and applicant. I enjoy that it is customizable. The tech support and assistance has been very valuable and greatly appreciated right from the start.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it is a bit tricky adding logos to certain pages. I would also recommend when making edits to the to either have the info automatically saved or move the SAVE button to the top of the page.

> Awardify has been a great tool to ensure that we provide an authentic adjudication process. The feedback has been positive for those using the application form as well.
