> **Pros**: Goldcare allows me to track all our clients and waitlists, for multiple Programs, in a customizable format. The client workspaces/dashboards can also be customized based on user security levels and/or program needs. The system can be used for staff appointments/payroll as well as client attendance and invoicing if that is something you require. The support team are responsive and knowledgeable.

> **Cons**: The reporting piece of the system is complicated initially. Someone has to know the dictionary items and tables in order to build out your reports. Once that is completed - running the reports is easy.
> 
> Using Goldcare has allowed us to streamline client ADT, improve noting and time tracking for visits and attendance (previously completed in Excel). We are able to generate reports for mandated reporting as well as for future planning/improvements.
