They have been very quick to address issues or questions I've had, and overall have been great to deal with.

> **Cons**: The platform is a bit clunky to use, and it's hard to figure out where to go to change various settings. That being said, they will also change things for you if you ask, so it's not really an issue.

> **Cons**: Multiple payments for personalized tour package are often confusing as to which fee are covered and not to feel like double paying would be an improvement. Or like usual, regarding in doubt, tip more to represent gratitude.
