We've used the industry's so-called best, but they were burdened with unnecessary features, while the essential functions often lacked coherence and efficiency. Legal Time was designed with the actual user in mind, not the company's marketing team.
We could customize the software to our specific preferences; when we had a preference that was unavailable, the developers worked to improve and expand functionality.

> **Cons**: We were anxious for the developers to create software for a mid-sized firm after we outgrew their original product, Time59, which is tailored to small firms. Legal Time took longer than we wished to come online, but it's proven to be worth the wait.

> There is no better customer service in law office management software than the team at Legal Time. Our questions and issues are addressed quickly and resolved without delay. We knew our issues would not be lost or abandoned in an over-taxed, understaffed, inadequately trained customer service department. We are spoiled by Legal Time's customer service that goes above and beyond to meet or preferences and needs.
