## Reviews

### "Good and convenient" — 5.0/5

> **Julieth** | *13 November 2024* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I can save my money in dollars and use it anywhere and any time with the debit card, which is very useful and no extra fees are charged. Also it's great that transfers are done in just minutes to any bank account
>
> **Cons**: The customer service can take a while to fix issues and bugs. Also it would be wonderful if it was an open platform to anyone that wants to use it, not only for payroll and companies.
>
> I like it, minor problems and customer service is not bad

-----

### "Great Exchange rates, on its way to a very competitive MVP" — 4.0/5

> **Anonymous User** | *13 November 2024* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The forex exchange rate is very competitive. The transfers are very efficient and fast.
>
> **Cons**: The app is still on its way to be an MVP, so a lot is missing, and a lot of errors are being fixed every month
>
> I think it's been the best experience overall. I have used Wise, but it certainly isn't as good. I think Ontop should be more product-driven and open to the public.

-----

### "Ontop review" — 4.0/5

> **Daisy** | *12 November 2024* | Medical Devices | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I like the way it can automate payment for the contractors
>
> **Cons**: The amount of inconveniences we had at the time of implementation, there were many people with problems with the initial registration.
>
> It is a good payment management platform, it helps your contractors get paid through a digital wallet, it should improve its customer service but other than that, it has good functionality.

-----

### "Can improve." — 4.0/5

> **Anonymous User** | *20 November 2024* | Pharmaceuticals | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The application allows me easy and simple access to review or manage funds.
>
> **Cons**: The application presents unforeseen "Connection Errors" and this can make it difficult to manage and use funds.
>
> Despite eventual flaws in the application, so far I have been able to have transparent tracking of my funds.

-----

### "Good product" — 4.0/5

> **Luis Miguel** | *13 November 2024* | Human Resources Software | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Is very easy to use and sending money to Colombia is lightning fast\!
>
> **Cons**: Is a very basic product and only has a pre paid card. Expanding the portfolio will be nice
>
> Good, I've seen as well how they have increased safety measures which makes it a more reliable product
