When we faced to restriction due to quarantine and our managers need to pulse the team with a distance tools, HappyTeams was just in place.&#10;We were fascinated to have a feedback form our colleagues.&#10;&#10;Another strenght of the product was the low expectations from team members, in difference our annualy survey, when employers waited for immediately reacion form Chiefs.

> **Cons**: but when we return to office, HappyTeams still send one question a day , but it was no demands form Managers. the sofware is ok, But our managers didn't  get correct action plan what to do with this data.&#10;I believe that we will back to this solutions so far.
