> **Cons**: The solfware is not very user friendly, it is a bit complex, but their customer supports are quite good. If you could get a hang of them, they can walk you through steps to get things done.

> **Pros**: I like the time off schedular, as well as the paygrid for manually entering Payroll. I also appreciate the self serve portal for the employees to use.

> **Cons**: I found that my initial set up was lacking support. I was assigned a specialist, but i do not feel the communication i received or the set up was done as i would have liked. I now look back at all the data i had originally sent in, but in the end i still had so much manual additions, wwhich i honestly did not know how to do it properly.

> The first year was pretty awful.  The 2nd year i was assigned a new account manager, and she has helped me a lot. We found all the issues we had in the 1st year and have been making the corrections together.
