> **Pros**: We used Chatwerk as a tool to answer Whatsapp messages from one place and integrate it with our CRM system. It works perfectly with WhatsApp integration but the part where it integrates with CRMs is still very basic. I know the team is working on improving that and adding on more features.

> **Cons**: Basic CRM integration with Hubspot. Manual entries are required, and no automation is available at times.

> **Pros**: Was absolut klasse war/ist, man wurde zu keiner Zeit alleine gelassen.  Der Support und auch weitere Mitarbeiter waren immer parat. Weiter so.

> **Cons**: Die eingeschränkte erstkontaktfunktionalität. Es gibt da einen Hersteller, der es wesentlich besser gelöst hat dass wir mit unseren Kunden sofort( trotz DSGVO)  in den Kontakt treten können. Auch war eine Namensänderung nicht im vollen Umfang möglich, sodass der komplette Name des Kundes für uns Sichtbar war .

> Ich finde Chatwerk und gerade das gesamte Team, sehr herzlich und absolut Hilfsbereit. Ist zu Empfehlen aus unserer Sicht. 😉

> **Pros**: Die Handhabung ist nach einigem Ausprobieren sehr einfach. Kontakte lassen sich direkt als CSV oder durch Eingabe der Rufnummer hochladen. Gut sind auch die Textvorlagen, die man versenden kann, das spart viel Tipparbeit. Des Weiteren hat man einen sehr guten Supportkanal der sehr schnell auf Anfragen antwortet.

> **Cons**: Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, das man Textvorlagen direkt über eine Maske einreichen bzw. abändern kann, so müsste man nicht für jede Änderung einer Textvorlage den Support anschreiben.

> Wir sind insgesamt rundum zufrieden mit der Lösung.
