> **Pros**: We have been using Qbox for many years.  It is THE solution when you have QuickBooks Desktop clients.

> **Cons**: There is a separate charge for a folder if you use attachments.  Most of our clients do not so it's not a big problem.  Training clients to allow Qbox to sync BEFORE closing their laptop.

> Support is awesome\!  Truly we do not deal with another application that has this level of support.  We have seen some great products that we didn't use because of the lack of support.  Qbox is great\!

> **Cons**: US dollar pricing.  We are based in Canada so the exchange rate takes it from being affordable to expensive.

> We have been using the application for over 5 years and it has been very stable and problem free until this week when I was unable to open the app.  I signed in, and connected with the support team and followed their recommendations and the problem was resolved within a few hours.

> **Pros**: Qbox is great for people who want to share their QuickBooks files easily. The cost is relatively inexpensive compared to the QBO system and I really prefer the QuickBooks Desktop version better as it's a lot more user friendly and the reports are better. Clients can still run reports if the file is locked which is great too.
> 
> **Cons**: Only one user at a time can have the file locked.  If the file is locked on another machine, no work can be done until the lock is released. Syncing takes time depending on the file size and must be done before you log off.
> 
> Qbox is easy to use and makes it a lot easier to share files than emailing. I like that it allows multiple people access to the same file. Their support is also really nice, and you get a human most times not awful AI assistance.
