Businesses with numerous locations or departments may find this useful.You can set up a virtual receptionist with the auto-attendant feature who can take calls and route them to the right extension or department. Even when your team is occupied or unavailable, doing this can be a terrific method to guarantee that calls are always returned.You can send and receive faxes immediately from your email inbox while using 1-VoIP. As there is no need for a physical fax machine, using this method of handling faxes might be convenient.overall.
