After doing some research, we realized that it’s affordable and has awesome features compared to other tools. With WatchThemLive’s session replays, we could watch the whole customer journey and find out what was the exact reason for our traffic drop\!

After we decided to rely on a CRO tool to monitor inbound traffic and analyze visitor behavior, we did a bit of research and discovered WatchThemLive. When we compared it against competitors like Hotjar, we decided it's the best tool for solving the CR issue on SocialPros. The tool helped us understand the behavior of our users, and using WatchThemLive session recording and heatmap features, and we were able to get to the bottom of the problem and improve CR.
