> **Pros**: Ease of use, customization, ability to transfer from previous editions to newsest builds.  Mostly an all in one software

> **Cons**: Some individual inability to customize forms, however this is easily negated by the amazing customer support team\!

> **Pros**: The Smart Director is great with wonderful customer service.  I absolutely think the fact of having 25 years' worth of data stored in the cloud.  It makes our business operate much easier.

It is no fault of Continental Computers, but the ability to tie into the Texas Bureau of Vital Statistics to transfer over data for death certificates would be great.  I am personally on a Team that is working with the State of Texas to get things in place for outside software to have this ability.

> Our organization utilizes The Smart Director and The Smart Crematory on a daily basis.  It is the only software that we utilize because it makes our jobs so easy.  Reports are generated that helps us manage our overall business, and it keeps all data at our fingertips.
