> **Pros**: I appreciate the support that the team offers for any technical issues, they are an excellent team to work with. I like the workflow function as a whole and also the auto-fax functions, and I appreciate that we were able to bring Arkstone into the system. I think overall it's pretty intuitive and user friendly on the lab side.

> **Cons**: The most prevalent frustration that I am aware of is the fact that we are unable to selectively request Arkstone reports provider-by-provider or clinic-by-clinic. This was something we had thought we would be able to do, and has caused us to determine that we had to stop using Arkstone reports for most of our panels all together. This is the only major change that we have found to be a problem. 

The only other issue is I wish the sample setup had been different - I think it would be advantageous to put sample types as "Nasopharyngeal, Oropharyngeal, Urethral Swab, Urine, Vaginal or Cervical Swab, etc." and to have the tests ordered pop up beneath those applicable swabs. It would be a lot more intuitive for providers and staff all together, and would eliminate a lot of confusion.

> Overall, the experience has been positive. The team we work with is excellent. On an operational, day to day standpoint, I feel that the team makes our needs a priority and that makes working with this system much easier.

> **Pros**: There has been a lot of improvement since the software was launched. The first application would crash on you most of the time and navigating to find  patients was a pian. Not that has been fixed and we host our urines and respiratory panels in Ovation was well as covid testing which we started with.

> **Cons**: These have been fixed so no problems now\!

> It has been great. I personally love the fact that I can work remotely on my phone too. I can fax/email results anywhere. Amazing
