> **Pros**: In all the years that we've worked with Kafka within my company and in external projects, we were annoyed and tired to use the Kafka CLI tools to get the job done. KaDeck turned the situation upside down: Even in the earliest versions, you had a clean UI that helped you observe your applications, view and debug the data, manage topics, and much more. All the useful stuff is right beyond your fingertips and the solution thrives. 

We use it internally and we recommended it to our valued customers that are now happy KaDeck users themselves.

> **Pros**: The team management is awesome. Groups can be created for different project teams, so that not everyone has access to all data. The support is also worth mentioning\! Within a few minutes we sometimes had an answer even to questions that were not directly related to KaDeck, but to Apache Kafka. Keep it up\!

> **Cons**: The configuration of Apache Kafka can be a bit complicated. In the end, this is not due to the software, but simply Apache Kafka itself. Once you have all the credentials and the security settings are clear, everything works smoothly. Again, a big thank you to the support team\!

> If you work with Kafka, you should use KaDeck. Insights into the data are simply important. I use KaDeck Web with our QA team to conveniently generate test data and check the data that goes into Kafka for business correctness.
