And they have great alerts and reminders to help you never forget details for payroll\!

> **Cons**: The PTO calculations isn't great. There is no way to retro PTO. There is no way to enter PTO as of a certain date.

> **Cons**: It took a while for us to get some items implemented that are needed for our particular facility.  We still have some outstanding items, however we are constantly being informed of any and all updates.

> Overall my experience with Empeon has been positive. I can not say enough great things about the payroll and H.R portion of the programs.  Very easy to navigate.
