Third: It's pretty much the same view as on the website.

> **Pros**: My team has been using this for a long time now, probably 4 years or more. It does what it says on the tin and allows easy creation of RM issues directly from within outlook.
Developers have been very contactable and willing to consider and implement suggestions for improvement (i.e. auto add watchers to issue based on email to/cc list if they exist in RM users list) which has made this easy to use and very effective.

> **Cons**: When i accidentally set up the outlook task list sync, all my open and overdue issues appeared in outlook tasks.  Overdue popups drove me mad. It was not clear if deleting the tasks in outlook would delete them in RM.

> The add-in is a great timesaver and greatly simplifies creation of RM issues from email.
