> **Pros**: Having messages, scheduling, and paperwork on one site is good.

> **Cons**: Paperwork is not customizable, it does not remember any preferences, requires you to do a lot of extra work. You can't schedule recurring appts, the pages load slowly. Huge amount of time wasted.

> I've used EHANA for 7 years and it has only gotten worse.
