It has helped us streamline our picking processes and overall inventory management tremendously. We had a temporary worker in over the summer, and getting him going was quick because the user interface is so straightforward. The system integration with Pyramid Business Studio that we use worked really well for our day-to-day workflow. > > **Cons**: The web application would benefit greatly from more built-in filtering options on pages such as Articles. For example, if you would like to filter and display all articles with expiration dates, there isn't a direct or reliable way to do that yourself. Currently, you will have to contact Bitlog support to set up a custom Data View for you, which slows down the process when you just want quick data. > > Bitlog WMS has been a great asset for us in keeping our warehouse operations organized and efficient. We rarely encounter significant network-related issues or other operational disruptions. When problems have arisen, the customer support team has been responsive and supportive and, in most cases, has helped us resolve the issues quickly, sometimes even immediately. Bitlog WMS has worked wonders in improving both accuracy and efficiency during inventory counts, whether for cycle counts or annual stocktakes. > > **Cons**: We have experienced issues with replenishment tasks and the "Search Available Locations" function due to the configuration of our picking locations during the initial implementation. Addressing this retrospectively will require some effort and adjustments on our part. One area where we see room for improvement in Bitlog WMS, both in the mobile app and the customer portal, is the availability of some basic usability features. For example, the ability to select multiple options simultaneously, manually choose which orders to include in a batch-picking operation from the order list, and greater flexibility regarding the confirmation banner. The confirmation banner is mandatory and covers important buttons in the app, which can slow down the workflow when processing orders. > > I would definitely recommend Bitlog WMS to companies operating warehouse facilities, regardless of size. We transitioned from a paper-and-pen based operation to Bitlog WMS, and the difference has been like night and day. Another great thing about Bitlog wms is it's core functionalities which every customer can use, in other words, what company 1 develops can in many cases be used by company 2 if wanted. > > **Cons**: If i'm going to be negative i think i have to mention features such as cross dock, the functionality is there but it doesn't support the way we work with cross dock orders and i would actually like to say that it can be built better. Due to this we have disabled this feature and waiting for it to be adjusted in coming versions during the coming 6-12 months. > > Looking back at the past 9 months i have to say that working with Bitlog, both the people and the system, itself, has been very good.
