### "\[sensitive content hidden\] from ADT saves the day" — 5.0/5

> **Kathleen** | *2 May 2026* | Individual & Family Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: ADT Customer Support is awesome. \[sensitive content hidden\] arrived to replace batteries in three sensors. She discovered that one of the sensors itself needed replacing and had a new sensor with her and replaced it on the spot. She checked the rest of my system and assured me that it was all good. ADT technicians take good care of their customers and give me confidence in ADT. I'll continue to be a loyal customer.
  Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]\!
>
> **Cons**: No problems with monitoring or service. Some past devices have been less than perfect Lower prices would be nice
>
> Very positive experience with technical support and monitoring which is very responsive. The service is consistent.

### "Peace of Mind" — 3.0/5

> **Allison** | *2 February 2025* | Mental Health Care | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I like the app, how turning the system on/off is straightforward, the cleaning mode, and the backgrounds. Most importantly, I like the peace of mind it provides. The alarm is quite loud and can easily be heard in an emergency.
>
> **Cons**: The price is a little high and I don’t like the green/red light that makes it obvious to potential intruders whether the system is armed.

### "safe secure" — 5.0/5

> **Liberty** | *18 June 2025* | Automotive | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: it works great and keeps us safe and secure i love it so much for being the best security system i could get
>
> **Cons**: i have no issues with it it works great it is easy to use and i love that i can use my moblie device with it
>
> great\! it’s way to navigate and very easy to use. it makes me feel safe and secure so i don’t have to worry

### "Reliable peace of mind" — 5.0/5

> **William** | *24 August 2022* | Publishing | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I like being able to activate/deactivate from my smartphone.
>
> **Cons**: Sometimes wi-fi connection is iffy. Can't deactivate from outside, so must come inside and deactivate manually. But this is rare, and may be more a fault with my wi-fi.

### "Extra Eyes While I Sleep" — 5.0/5

> **Antoinette** | *19 May 2023* | Management Consulting | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The feature I enjoy most about my ADT Security is the two-way microphone. I can turn on the 'live' feature to view what's going on around our home and make a public announcement at the same time. For instance, I had an issue with a career criminal minded individual trying to break into our home. That person came back nightly around the same time. So, I turned on the microphone to alert the criminal I was aware of his presence. I was humored at the same time that the criminal paused to listen to what I had to say.
>
> **Cons**: When living in a mobile home community having a security system is necessary. When I initially signed up to get our security system, I was told by a customer service rep that a camera could be placed underneath our manufactured home (crawl spot), but it turned out to be incorrect. When the tech support arrived, he said they're cameras wouldn't be able to operate underneath our home because it wouldn't have the right temperature as it would of the exterior cameras. I was hugely disappointed. Underneath our home was where we faced the most issues with that criminal.
>
> Overall, I am satisfied with my ADT Security and know they're the best in the marketplace. I could have used their competitors for a cheaper price. But I've learned a long time ago, just because the price is low that doesn't mean quality comes with the package.
