> **Pros**: Just a very easy platform to work with. Really easy to integrate applications, gives a very simple, easy to understand view for users to carry out reviews, and is also useful for ongoing maintenance of platforms.

> **Cons**: It's early in its lifetime, so there's always improvements to be made, but the team have been very engaged in support.  Integrations into ITSM is probably where it is lacking the most.

> Been fantastic for us in allowing us to achieve a way of doing successful User Access Reviews, and has been incredibly easy for us to integrate a large number of applications, which before would not have been as easy to achieve.

The Zilla support team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any trouble we have.

It's a powerful tool, the APIs and ZUS tool are really convenient for pulling users from apps.

> **Cons**: No easy way to setup business rules so that owners of apps don't have to review thousands of users. - The Zilla team is already working on a solution to this though. 

The ZUS tool doesn't work on every webpage. - The Zilla team has ways to gather the information from their side to make it work on future attempts once we alert them.

Deactivating users or marking them as "Remove access" during access reviews doesn't automatically remove them from the application. It's a manual process on our side.

> **Cons**: Not all platforms have integrations (older legacy platforms and more esoteric systems can cause you to create workarounds - it can be done, just requires more effort).

> The sales process was pleasant, the implementation process was easy, and the platform works as demonstrated.  No hidden gotchas.  Plus, using the platform is easy\!  Made our system owners very happy and supportive of the project.  I would highly recommend Zilla to anyone looking for what it does.
